Spa Policies
ARRIVAL TIME/LATE ARRIVAL
Guests are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of their scheduled appointment time to fully enjoy the social spa environment. A late arrival limits our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. We will attempt to accommodate late guests when possible, however the service may be shortened in order to keep other guests on schedule. Late guests are responsible for payment of the full service.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING
We understand that unforeseen events occur that may cause a need to cancel an appointment. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 6 hours notice. Any cancellation requested less than 6 hours prior to the start of an appointment will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the cost of the scheduled services. Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
GRATUITY
Gratuity is not included in the price of spa services. Customary gratuity for spa experiences is 20%, but actual amounts are left to the discretion of our guests. Private party services incur a minimum 20% gratuity for all services rendered.
REFUNDS
Due to the nature of the services, there are no refunds, or exchanges on services, packages or gift certificates. Retail products may be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of purchase if unused, maintained in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
CELL PHONE USE
To support real-life connection, we ask that phone calls be taken outside the spa. Please use headphones for any audio on personal devices.
